I made it into Utah before nightfall on Monday. For the first dozen miles in the state, Blue Mountain dominates the scene on the northside of the highway. I camped a few more miles down the road in Steinaker State Park. For the first time, the campsite was warm, set, & private enough to let me leave the tent fly off, which allowed me to view the vast array of stars in the dark sky throughout the night.
